服 務(wù) 流 程 第一步：為客戶(hù)作專(zhuān)業(yè)蟲(chóng)害檢查,向客戶(hù)提供綜合蟲(chóng)害控制檢查報(bào)告
First step：Make examination on insect pest for customers and provide synthetic insect pest control &inspection report.
報(bào)告內(nèi)容涉及Report includes：
(1) 發(fā)現(xiàn)蟲(chóng)害種類(lèi)及方位。Found type and location of insect pest.
(2) 蟲(chóng)害引發(fā)原因。Reasons of insect pest.
(3) 物理/化學(xué)處理方法。Physical/chemical resolutions.
(4) 環(huán)境衛(wèi)生參考意見(jiàn)。Environmental and health suggestions . 第二步：向客戶(hù)提供“綜合蟲(chóng)害控制建議書(shū)”
Second step：Offer Synthetic Insect Pest Control Proposal.
協(xié)議內(nèi)容包括 Agreement includes：
(1)發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問(wèn)題及我們的建議。Found problems and our suggestions.
(2)蟲(chóng)害控制方法。Control way of insect pest.
(3)使用的藥物和器具，在中國(guó)登記的專(zhuān)業(yè)殺蟲(chóng)劑，提供材料安全系數(shù)單據(jù)。
Used medicines and devices, special pesticide registered in China, provide material safety data.
(4)服務(wù)的頻率—如每月一次，每月兩次—視實(shí)際情況和行業(yè)而定。
Service intervals---once per month or twice per month, defined by actual conditions
(5)服務(wù)質(zhì)量保證。 Warranty of service quality.
(6)服務(wù)的價(jià)格：視實(shí)際蟲(chóng)害嚴(yán)重程度，內(nèi)外環(huán)境，行業(yè)，房屋結(jié)構(gòu)等而定。
Service fee：According to actual seriousness of insect pest, surrounding environment, industry, building structure and etc.
(7)付款條件。Method of payment. 第三步：雙方簽約后進(jìn)行服務(wù)，服務(wù)時(shí)間配合并滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)要求。
Third step：Provide service after signature by both parties and according to the service schedule required by customers.
(1)每次服務(wù)結(jié)束后，當(dāng)場(chǎng)提供服務(wù)清單。
Provide service list as soon as service completion.
(2)作為客戶(hù)的蟲(chóng)控檔案資料，供客戶(hù)及其供應(yīng)商審計(jì)。
Produce pest control records for customers for review by customers and suppliers. 第四步：定期對(duì)客戶(hù)進(jìn)行回訪(fǎng)和質(zhì)量跟蹤,把客戶(hù)的意見(jiàn)反饋到日常工作中。
Fourth step：Make customer visit and quality trace periodically and take customers’ feedback into account during routine practices. |
